Product Update - May 27, 2010
Product Release Update for CONNECT 1.1.1 & 1.1.2
It's been a short 3 weeks since our last major product update which included the heavily anticipated release of our CONNECT Map Search. Today's product update incorporates features and enhancements requested specifically by our CONNECT customers and some high priority software patches from our development team.
As always, these features have been pushed to our customers automatically and free of charge. We are always looking for suggestions on how to make our product better and faster, so if you have specific requests that you would like to see in future product updates, send us an email and we will add to our wish list.
Added Features:
- Loading notification added during the initial view of search page (includes spinner + "connecting")
- HOA payment period (monthly, quarterly, etc.) added after dues
Patches:
- While in "listing details" on map search view, clicking on "search results" will now take you back to original map with search results --> Used to be disabled
- Map "reset" button for CONNECT CDS resets to selected MLS region
- Error message added to "listing details" tab when no property has been selected --> Occurs when a user is in "search results" view and clicks on the "listing details" tab prior to clicking on an individual property
- Fix to error message in "saved searches" and "saved listings" when there are no saved favorites --> Routes user back to Quick Search

Product Release Update for CONNECT 1.1
Holy Map Search Batman. It's only been 2 short months since our last official product update and today we are excited to announce the release of our CONNECT 1.1. What's new and different...well the addition of a Map Search of course.
Consider Using A Local Vendor For Your IDX

Choosing an IDX vendor for your property search should be like buying your produce at the local farmer's market. Being able to ask the farmer what kind of soil they used to grow the tomato I just bought gives me a certain ease. Shouldn't your real estate technology give you that same confidence?
Imagine being able to call your personal sales representative, with a (919) area code, and have them walk through your door within 24 hours. You can't find that kind of service using a California-based company, a company with automated answering services and a 3 hour time zone difference.

Product Release Update for CONNECT 1.05 & 1.06
Big things have been happening in the past two months for Connect. At the beginning of January, our entire staff (sales, marketing, development and management) got together to figure out how we can improve our CONNECT products for both local agents and their customers. We would like to, again, thank you for your continued suggestions and feedback. Your comments are always noted and discussed in our team meetings. And as a reminder, all our product improvements have been updated on your websites, seamlessly and FREE!
